The Stage 3 and 4 team, based in Ladywell Business Centre, Duke Street, offer a variety of training and work placement opportunities including Certificate of Work Readiness and sector based training in areas such as Hospitality, Childcare, Care, Retail, Construction, Business support, and we also welcome requests for bespoke training.

Stage 3 courses are aimed at people who may or may not be decided on which vocational area best suits them. Each course is built around SQA qualifications and can also include additional industry recognised qualifications. Stage 4 courses are aimed at people that have a clear idea about the type of role they want to move into and are designed to provide clients with the industry recognised qualifications and experience required by employers. In addition, bespoke training is an ideal option for clients who have job offers dependant on qualifications such as CSCS, Forklift licence, LGV, IOSH and many others.

Since June 2014, 272 clients have moved into employment, further training or Modern Apprenticeships after completing a stage 3 or 4 Employability Fund course.
